Open the accounts
Become a Redstone member and open your primary share savings and your first checking account on the same day, entering promo code JOIN475 at account opening. Accounts must be opened by October 3, 2026. Checking needs a $25 minimum deposit and the share savings needs a $5 minimum balance at all times.
Log in to online banking
Set up and log in to Redstone online banking at least one time within the first 60 days of opening the checking account.
Make 5 debit card purchases
Make at least 5 point-of-sale purchases with the debit card on the new checking account within the first 60 days of account opening. ATM withdrawals do not count.
Redstone deposits the $475 into your checking account within 150 days of account opening, and no later than March 2, 2027.

Eligibility
New Redstone members only. You must not have had a Redstone account within the past 1,826 days (five years). Members who are joint on someone else's account can still qualify when they open their own first primary savings and checking accounts.
- You must live in a participating Alabama or Tennessee county. Alabama: Cullman, Jackson, Limestone, Marshall, DeKalb, Lawrence, and Morgan counties, plus specific ZIP codes in Blount, Etowah, Jefferson, Lauderdale, and Winston counties.
